Pilot Description

Within CIRPASS-2, the Textile Loop pilot, led by atma.io, aims to create a holistic circular textile system powered by DPP data and services. The pilot will create and assign unique digital IDs through DPPs and track them through the downstream circular services where sorting partners will facilitate repairing, reselling, upcycling, and recycling use cases. This involves all relevant stakeholders to close the loop for textiles.

The initiative fosters collaboration and data exchange across the value chain, emphasizing partnerships, knowledge sharing, and leveraging collective expertise to overcome challenges. The goal is to drive closed-loop recycling forward, promote a sustainable and circular textile industry, and demonstrate scalability and ensure the model’s replicability across different product groups.
